2015 Titans season recap

Record- 2-14

Pick- #1

MVP: Delaine Walker

Recap: The Titans season in 2015 was more about seeing what they had in Marcus Mariota then necessarily winning. His rookie debut was one of the best ever and then after that was a series of injuries and lack of talent surrounding him which lead to him struggling a little bit. But Marcus Mariota flashed enormous potential and proved that he could be a pocket passer with having huge games against Tampa bay, New orleans, and others. Mariota wasn’t the problem. The talent or lack there of was the problem for the titans and that is why the GM was given his walking papers. The organization did the right thing by drafting mariota and now there options are wide open for the future. There top needs are to protect mariota and after that they could trade back and take Ezekiel Elliot. They so many options with drafting mariota and now they can build their organization around him.

Draft Pick: Laremy Tunsil

Nfl Mock Draft 1.0

Titans: Laremy Tunsil LT Ole miss- They drafted their franchise quarterback Marcus Mariota and their number one priority is to protect him. They could go with Joey Bosa but Marcus Mariota was under constant pressure so they need to do the right thing and take the stud Lt Laremy Tunsil.

Browns: Jared Goff QB Cal- The best Qb prospect in the NFL Draft, is the perfect fit for hue jackson’s offense and would be a great fit. Very accurate quarterback.

Chargers: Joey Bosa DE Ohio st- One of the best prospects who will give the chargers a defensive identity.

Cowboys: Myles Jack LB UCLA- A big time athlete coming off a knee injury would give the cowboys defense a playmaker.

Jaguars: Ronnie Stanley LT Notre Dame- Luke Joeckel from 2013 draft pick has been a bust and Blake bortles had been sack 44 times and they need a franchise left tackle and upgrade a guard position by sliding Luke into the guard position. Ronnie Stanley is an athletic, big time LT.

Ravens: Jalen Ramsey S FSU- The ravens need help in the secondary desperately and even though they also need a WR but it is early for Laquan Treadwell so they will go with a versatile play maker in Ramsey who can play S or CB.

49ers: Carson Wentz QB NDST- Chip Kelly’s ideal quarterback who is 6’5,big time arm and is very mobile. He would be a great fit for a quarterback needing 49er team that needs a complete overhaul.

Dolphins: Vernon Hargreaves III Florida- One of my favorite prospects in the draft, he is a playmaker who has great ball skills. His size isn’t great but he makes up for it with his feistiness. He would replace Brent Grimes as the No. 1 corner in Miami.

Buccaneers: Deforest Buckner DE Oregon- A athletic monster who has enormous potential would be a huge pickup for the pass rushing lacking buccaneers.

Giants: Ezekiel Elliot RB OSU- The Giants need a guy who can take pressure off of eli and the explosive three down back will transform a complete offense.

The rest of the draft…

Bears: Emmanual Ogbah De Oklahoma state

Saints: Mackensie Alexander CB Clemson

Eagles: Shaq Lawson DE Clemson

Raiders: A’Shawn Robinson DT Alabama

Rams: Laquan Treadwell WR Ole Miss

Lions: Andrew Billings DT Baylor

Colts: Taylor Decker OT Ohio State

Bills: Reggie Ragland LB Alabama

Jets: Robert Nkemdiche DE Ole Miss

Redskins: Jonathan Allen DE Alabama

Texans: Paxton Lynch QB Memphis

Vikings: Michael Thomas WR Ohio State

Bengals: Kenny Clark DT UCLA

Kansas vs Oklahoma

I will admit it I am a diehard Kansas fan. I love everything about them. I was on the edge of my seat from start to finish in which Kansas balance outlasted buddy hield’s 46 points( my favorite player in college basketball) and Woodards 27 points. Spanglers knee hurt his agressiveness, and cousins only had 4 points. Kansas had so much balance with Ellis having 27, selden 21, graham 20, mason 15. Simply said, Kansas made on more key play when they needed it( frank mason steal). This brings me to my ultimate point that college basketball will have one of the best years ever. Why I say this is they are 20 very good teams but no great ones. This being said, all the games will be very close and many more upsets will occur on a daily basis. On the biggest day of the sport, march madness, they will have ratings higher simply because there will be more upsets because this year has lots of depth but no  true team. The candidates are Kansas and Oklahoma but neither team has proven that they are the defined number one. Last year, as a fan, it kind of sucked. All year it was Kentucky, duke, Wisconsin, will be their at the end and no one else has a shot. It was over before it started. This year has a different feel, a different excitement that last year lacked. This year will be a year to remember so don’t blink or you might miss it.

final four pick: Kansas; Oklahoma; North Carolina; providence

POY: Buddy Hield

COY: Bill self

FOY: Ben Simmons

National champion: Kansas over Oklahoma 92-90

Nfl playoff picks

bengals vs steelers- steelers will overpower the bengals due to the steelers having Big Ben and the bengals having AJ Mccarron.

Steelers 24 – bengals 21

chiefs vs Texans: the chiefs who I am not buying stock into, have found a way to get the easiest team possible to play. The Houston Texans. They don’t have a quarterback, they don’t run well they win with defense and special teams and that won’t hold up in the postseason. Hopkins will be taken out of the game and the Chiefs will win.

Chiefs 24 – Texans 17

seahawks@ Vikings: the Seahawks are red hot and are the scariest 6th seed in playoff history. I think the Seahawks blow the doors off a Vikings team that is a better version of the Texans. The Seahawks are the team no one wants to play and this will set up a Seahawks- panthers matchup. The Seahawks are the no.1 defense in the NFL and will prove that in Minnesota.

Seahawks 34 – Vikings 14

Packers @ redskins: redskins will win this game because they are hot at the right time and the packers are playing like garbage…..redskins win.

Redskins 27 – packers 17

super bowl pick: Seahawks defeat steelers 30-27 ( yes, both are six seeds) I believe both teams have high powered offenses, with the Seahawks being hot, and the steelers really being my pick by default since the pats are playing poorly, Chiefs and Texans can’t score, bengals will lose to steelers before dalton gets back, and the Broncos are overrated.

my scouting reports for the nfl draft will be coming soon and grades and overview of every nfl teams season
