Broncos vs chiefs: 31 – 24: The chiefs had the game in there hands…and the blew it. Chiefs are still better and broncos can’t play in cold weather.

texans vs panthers: 24-17: Panthers were the better team and they showed it. Texans are in trouble starting 0-2 and not playing well.

Vikings 26 – Lions 16: the vikings really outplayed the lions who are in trouble as well. Vikings are playing well and I stick with them to make the playoffs.

Cardinals 48 – Bears 23: Cardinals may be the best team not named patriots in the nfl. They have played great on both offense and defense. Bears are looking god awful.

Giants 20 vs falcons 24: The giants outplayed them for three 1/2 quarters but blew it (again) in the 4th quarter. They will be fine and I still think they win division. Falcons look very good.

Jaguars 23 – Dolphins 20: I really like the jaguars this year and am beginning to not like the dolphins. The bortles Robinson connection is promising.

Steelers 43 – 49ers 18: The steelers just smoked them with there offense looking as explosive as advertised. The 49ers are back on earth.

Bucs 26 vs Saints 19: Well I am out of survivor along with most of america. The saints are just terrible.

Patriots 40 – Bills 32: Pats looked amazing dropping 40 on the best defense in the nfl. Brady is on a screw you nfl mode (2007) and they are tearing through every team in the nfl. Still love this bills team.

bengals 24 – Chargers 19: The bengals outside the quarterback position may be the best team in football. Chargers win AFC west with best team and best quarterback.

Titans 14 – Browns 28: The browns just pressured mariota with nice scheme blitzes and flustered Mariota. Manziel to benjamin is a legit deep threat. They should keep rolling with johnny.

Rams 10 – Redskins 24: The rams were caught off guard with the redskins grounding and pounding; playing defense. They are overrated though.

Ravens 33 – Raiders 37: I have my hands on the panic button but haven’t pushed it yet. Give it one more week with huge game against bengals.

Cowboys 20 – Eagles 10: This was an awful, sloppy game. Bradford looks lost and so does murray and oline can’t block. Defense is fine outside of…Byron Maxwell? yeah he has been terrible. Cowboys lost their best 2 players they won’t win the division.

Seahawks vs packers: This was a good game but rodgers pulled away late. Seahawks need to get beast mode going. Chancellor is back, the legion of boom is back.

Jets 20 – Colts 7: They have a bad team outside of luck who carries them don’t blame him for the loss. Jets d played great and so did fitz. They may make playoffs but won’t win anything without a qb.

Thursday night game:

Redskins vs giants: The giants are going to come out and explode and expose the overrated redskins team. It is a must win for the gmen who I am sticking with the giants to win the division.

Gtech vs duke: I think duke pulls out the upset vs gtech. Gtech didn’t look good last week.

Duke 24 – Gtech 21

BYU vs Michigan: The harabough era has begun and this will be his first big win at home against a very good BYU team.

Michigan 28 – BYU 23

Oklahoma state vs texas: Texas bounces back this week with upset win at home vs Ok state. Rivalries get crazy and I don’t love OK st.

Texas A&M vs Arkansas: I think the arkansas coach after building them up will lose his 3RD straight game. Texas A&M offense is EXPLOSIVE.

UCLA vs Arizona: I think Arizona will pull off the upset with overall balanced team. Rosen will be great quarterback in NFL.

Arizona 35 – UCLA 31

Utah vs oregon: I think Oregon will a very good game vs utah. Nothing but respect for tough utah squad.

USC vs Arizona state: I like arizona state and I think they bounce back with huge win over USC. USC will go on tear after this.

It’s really weird to say that statement considering they are 0-2 but it is really true because every team around them has some thing wrong with them. You can start with the cowboys. They have lost tony romo, randy gregory and dez bryant for a while that’s their identity. I think this is just a major blow for a team that looked real solid for a playoff run. I feel bad for the boys because this has turned from a year for a super bowl run to another disappointing season. 2 weeks and the cowboys seem done.

Then their is the eagles. The amazing unstoppable eagles offense has looked weak and murray;bradford have looked lost. Murray has like 16 yards on the year that’s sad. Bradford and the eagles are continuing to turn it over. Wide receivers are dropping passes and by the way has anyone seen Nelson Agholor? I haven’t. Have you seen that super bowl Preseason team cause I haven’t. By the way this is a prime example in why you shouldn’t put so much into the preseason. They looked like locked for a superbowl run and now they are 0-2. I might have fallen into that trap. The eagles are in trouble.

The redskins are just the redskins. Dysfunctional in every state of mind.

So we get to the giants. They have blown two leads in the 4th but I think Coughlin fixes that up. The offense will get into rhythm and cruz will come back. If the defense stays healthy they have shown flashes of being a very good defense. Along with a favorable schedule, I think it is (the nfc east) a wide open race for the nfc east that the giants should win.

Cardinals vs bears: I was surprised on how the bears stuck around and almost beat the packers. They are playing another good team in the cardinals. This one will be close but carson and arians will be to much for this bad defense.

Cardinals 27 – bears 21

Texans vs panthers: This may be a must win for the texans but in carolina I don’t think they will. Mallet will start but carolina has always done great job against no.1 recievers (hopkins) Cam may have a nice day against this struggling defense .

Lions vs Vikings: I still like the vikings in the playoffs it’s a long season. Both of these teams need a win in the nfc north. Lions could make statement.

Falcons vs giants: I think people were a little harsh on the giants this week. People forget they were a play away from beating the “big bad cowboys” They will prove they are playoff contenders with win over good falcons team.

Dolphins vs jaguars: I seem wrong about both teams as they both looked rusty and soft. I think miami bounce-back with win.

49ers vs steelers: Steelers picked it up in the second half vs pats. 49ers looked great with ground and pound mentality. I am going with steelers in close one.

Pats vs bills: I went back and forth on this game but came down to the home team. Rex is a mastermind and will come up with a formula to win.

Chargers vs bengals: I like the bengals to win this game because they are home but it will be close. Chargers make playoff though.

Titans vs browns: I think the browns win this game. Everyone is putting marcus mariota in the hall of fame and we need to slow the breaks it’s one game. Marcus comes back to earth.

Rams vs redskins: The redskins didn’t look bad the defense looked solid. Not making rams make playoffs they always play hawks tough.

Ravens vs raiders: I like the raiders but without Carr can’t pick them. Ravens by 10.

Cowboys vs eagles: I just have a gut feeling that eagles pound on them. It may be close, but with dez out for now 10 weeks, can’t see the boys making the playoffs.

Nfl Recap:

Steelers 21- pats 28: Brady was magnificent as he shredded an unreliable steelers defense as the score wasn’t as close as the actual game was. Steelers could be in trouble.

Packers 31- bears 23: Rodgers played well but the defense let jay cutler and matt forte tear them up. Didn’t have the defense to win the super bowl. James jones had a nice game as the giants shouldn’t have cut him.

chiefs 27 – Texans 20: Chiefs blew this sorry looking texans team out. It was 27 nothing with two strikes to kelce from Alex smith. Hollywood ( jamaal charles) had a nice game as well. Hopkins scored touchdowns late to make it look close.

Panthers 20 – jaguars 9: Panthers and jaguars were in a scrappy game with few highlights and defense plays all over. Jaguars and blake bortles couldn’t get anything going on offense but cam made enough plays to win.

Giants 26 – Cowboys 27: The giants give me a headache on how they blow there best chances to win the game and lose. They ran on the one yard line how many teams are going to make that mistake! Romo does what he always does. Drives down the field with the game on the line and scores. Cowboys deserved that win.

Browns 10 – Jets 31: Johnny football played okay but I am going to give him a pass with playing a tough defense. Jets always play well week 1 but could have lost crow.

Bills 27- Colts 14: I called this won where “the future HOF” Andrew Luck didn’t play well. Tyrod played great and so did the defense. Nice call rex.

Dolphins 17 – Redskins 10: Both teams struggled and without Jarvis Landry’s return touchdown they could have lost. My playoff pick is feeling shaky right now.

Seahawks 31 – Rams 34: I picked this one too. The rams always play the seahawks tough and there front four is unbelievable. Seahawks fans don’t panic it’s week one. Long season.

Saints 19- Cardinals 31: I love this cardinals team and they really are just a scrappy team who made enough teams to be this unstable saints team.

Lions 28 – Chargers 33: Chargers came back from down 21 to win this game. Rivers to allen is a legit force to be reckoned with. Lions were solid. Chargers are still my pick to come out of the AFC West.

Bucs 14 – Titans 42: Mariota was sensational with 4 td’s. Winston made bad decisions. Nothing more to say other than mariota outplayed Winston again.

Bengals 33- Raiders 13: Man was I wrong about this game. Bengals had the ball every time I turned on the game. Raiders need someone other then mack to make a play on defense. Dalton and Eifert were a nice connection. Word is that Carr has sprained thumb/hand.

Broncos 19- Ravens 13: Both offenses struggled as the pass rush for both teams took over. Peyton looked his age and stewart made a great play at the end with that pick.

Eagles 24- Falcons 26: Falcons came out striking but Eagles fought back. Julio had a monster game. Eagles through costly pick at end .

Vikings 3 – 49ers 20: And then carlos hyde happened.

Panthers vs jaguars: I think the Jags open the year with a bang and upset the panthers. They will have to adjust to life without Benjamin and I think bortles takes a big step this year.  Jaguars 23-panthers 20

Browns vs jets: Another low scoring game with two teams with no quarterback but good defense. Jets are more talented o both sides of the ball therefore they win the game.  Jets 13- browns 10

Colts vs Bills: This will a be an interesting game but andrew luck has never been good in the cold. (Aaron Rodgers lost in buffalo as well) I think buffalo wins this game Bills 20 – Colts 17

Dolphins vs Redskins: Dolphins will have Kirk cousins having nightmares with a scary front four. The offense looks to be very solid. Redskins are a mess.  Dolphins 28 – Redskins 13

Seahawks vs rams: I think this the biggest upset game. No Kam and they have never been great at st.louis. St. Louis defense is stout. I got an upset.   rams 24 – seahawks 20

Saints vs Cardinals: Cardinals are going to come out on all cylinders and I just don’t love the saints. Cardinals are very good at home.       cardinals 27 – Saints 23

Survivor pick: Patriots

AFC EAST:

Patriots:12-4: Brady is wiped clean of his suspension with his explosive offense also untouched. Can’t say the same for the defense with revis;wilfork;browner gone. They will win the AFC east once again.

Dolphins:10-6: They get in the playoffs with improved offense with all of a sudden weapons around tannehill. Defense will be very good with suh.

Bills: 8-8: If they had a quarterback……Lots of hype but won’t show results: Defense is top 3 in league.

Jets:7-9: Another team….great defense good weapons…no quarterback. It’s a quarterbacks league.

AFC North:

Ravens: 11-5: I love this team even in a tough division, Good offense, I trust Joe Flacco. Defense is very good.

Steelers: 10-6: The offense is explosive with bell,brown,roethisberger. Defense will struggle with lots of change.

bengals:8-8: There window is closing and I have little confidence in dalton.

Browns: 4-12: The team around the quarterback is solid. But Josh Mccown as a “reliable starting option” doesn’t make sence to me. Lets see some johnny football.

AFC SOUTH

Colts:11-5: Mr. andrew cluck ( props Skip Bayless) who always chokes in the playoffs. They have a cakewalk(again) in the division. He is a great quarterback,but is lack of playoff success and pre mature stardom bothers me

Texans:7-9: JJ watt is one of the best in the business…defense is good.So is Deandre Hopkins. No quarterback.

Jaguars:4-12: Another Losing in jacksonville in Gus bradleys last year. Blake bortles improves though.

Titans: 2-14: Jerell casey,devin mccourtey and brian orakpo. Thats it. Mariota isn’t the guy in my opinion.

AFC WEST

Chargers: 10-6: I like this team with overall balance. Phillp rivers is elite.

Broncos:10-6: The defense is very good. The offensive line….not so much. Peyton is down to his last leg.

Chiefs:7-9: This team is very similar to last year but they lost pieces of oline. Add of maclin wasn’t that impressive.

Raiders: 5-11: They are headed in the right direction with core of Carr;Cooper;Mack;Hudson. One more year.

Ravens beat seahawks 24-20 in superbowl

1.Ohio State:12-0: So much talent. They have an explosive offense and stout defense. They repeat.

2. TCU:12-0: Boykin is back. They won’t get robbed this time

3. Alabama:9-3: before you judge, they have a very tough schedule and I have no confidence in whoever the quarterback is. defense,running game;Oline is good.

4. Baylor:11-1: Explosive offense. They will Lose to TCU this time and again be out of the playoff.

5. Michigan state:11-1: Defense is back;Cook is back. Mich state will lose to OSU but will miss the playoff even with win over oregon at Oregon.

6. Auburn. 11-1: I am buying the jeremy Johnson hype. He is a star. Cam-like. Defense won’t be great but they will win sec west.

7. Oregon:9-3: Tough Pac 12 south and will lose a couple to better teams.They will be flying though. Royce freeman is very good. Vernon adams will also be good.

8. USC:10-2: USC will win the south but not without a few scratches. They have kessler and studs on defense. No playoff with two losses.

9.Georgia: 9-3: They win the SEC east behind nick chubb and good defense. God knows who there quarterback is.

10. Florida state: 10-2: Good defense. Cook and golson on offense. They will be fine.

11. Notre Dame: 10-2: GREAT defense. Zaire is consistent they are in the playoff.

12.Clemson: 11-1: Deshawn Watson is a stud,heisman esc. They win the acc.

13. UCLA: 8-4: They are the team that is #13 in the country because they are UCLA. Myles Jack is really good though.

14. LSU: 10-2: Fournette and defense. Thats all they need.

15. Georgia tech: 8-4: Tough schedule, but Justin thomas will run the read option

16. Arizona state:9-3: They are a team of vets who will be good led by foster.

17. Ole miss:9-3: So much talent, could be great.

18.Arkansas:7-5: Very good oline good running backs. Schedule is brutal that indicates record.

19. Oklahoma:9-3: I expect a bounce back year. perine defense and trevor knight.

20.wisconsin: Lost so much but still have a great running back.

21. Stanford: 9-3: They are old stanford ball. Ground and pound. They will compete.

22. Arizona: 8-4: Tough schedule. Scooby wright is amazing. They could be playoff bound.

23. Boise state: 10-2: They are overrated but with easy schedule, they have good record.

24. Missouri: 7-5: There reign is over. No pass rush and I don’t trust maty mauk.

25. Tennessee: 9-3: They have jalen hurd and two great pass rushers. One of the best in the country. 2nd is sec east.

Before the NFL season starts I want to make my predictions.

NFC EAST:

Giants:10-6: It all depends on how this team goes either north or south I am guessing north. There offense will be explosive one of the best in the league. Eli will have a big year in year two of McAdoo. The backfield is crowded but Jennings and newly signed Shane Vereen will lead the way. The wide recievers are great led by Odell beckham Jr and Cruz coming back. The o-line is shaky and inconsistent…Yikes! The defense is…lets say a work in progress. The d-line has potential but can’t seem to stay healthy (JPP?) Hankins is a rising star. The linebackers are weak. Corners are good WHEN HEALTHY. Talking to you prince. Safeties are probably the worst in the NFL and they are dropping like flies. This is a boom or bust year for the giants in likely Tom Coughlin’s last year.

Eagles:11-5: I wasn’t very high on them but they look great. Bradford has to stay healthy but he has a nice oline and Murray to rely on. Agholor is a stud and so is Matthews. I like Ertz but it always seems like “it’s his year!” and he always disappoints. The defense is underrated with a great front seven. Fletcher cox is a beast. Conner barwin, Mychel Kendricks,Kiko alonzo, and demeco Ryans, those guys will be flying around the field. Byron Maxwell was overpaid and the secondary lost Nate Allen but they will be better. Fly eagles fly

Cowboys:8-8: Don’t get the hype. Romo always had his best years when he had a running game. Murray is gone. Dez is great player and got his money. Witten is old now. The o-line is the best. The defense is a little concerning. They were covered up because of demarco murray but he isnt there anymore. Gregory is going to help and so will hardy. The front four is solid. Linebackers are concerning with Rolando out four games. The secondary is a mess. carr, Byron Jones, and Morris claiborne as your corners is terrifying. The safeties aren’t great but are okay with Wilcox and Church. The boys are going to disappoint.

Redskins: 4-12: Just a mess. RGIII needs a new coach in where it seems like jay gruden has given up on him. The rest of the offense is good with some weapos.(Reed,Morris,Jackson,Garcon) The o-line is dreadful outside of stud Trent williams. The defense is underrated with Paea and Terrance Knighton. Kerrigan is very good. The Secondary is bad but Culliver will help. Good luck trying to guard odell and Dez. Not much else to say. Expect major shakeup in washington in Jay Gruden’s LAST season.

NFC NORTH

Packers: 12-4: Aaron Rodgers. Good o-line. Eddie Lacy. Randall Cobb. Improving Defense. They will be fine even though Jordy Nelson is a major blow.

Vikings: 10-6: I love teddy bridgewater looks great in preseason. Adrian Peterson is a beast and he is back. There wide outs are okay. The o-line is a weakness and Loadholt gone is a big loss. The defense is stout with having young studs all over. Rhodes is a beast. Barr griffen etc. Zimmer is a genius and the Vikings are playoff bound.

Lions:7-9: They would be in the playoff hunt but the fairley, Suh loss on defense compared to the addition of ngata is not nearly enough. Don’t think meagtron will stay healthy so they will be a team that will Definitely decrease from last year.

Bears: 4-12: This team is a mess. bad chemistry with bad defense and underachieving quarterback=top 10 pick in draft.

NFC SOUTH:

Panthers: 9-7: With Cam Luke Kuechly and that defense they will be good once again.

Saints:6-10: The team is overall better but they have relied on the pass game for years and Jimmy graham is gone so…..

Falcons:8-8: The team is one defense player away from being who they were a couple of years ago. Julio Jones primed for a big year. Desmond trufant is a stud.

Buccaneers. 5-11: They have a franchise QB now. He has two studs to throw to in Evans and Jackson. McCoy and David are insane on the defense. Another team that is a couple of years away.

NFC West

Seahawks: 12-4: Everyones back…They are big time.

Rams:7-9: There defense is really good. And if Nick Foles is 2013 they will be playoff bound.

Cardinals:9-7: Defense will decrease with bowles,crow gone. Offense will be better but the record won’t be.

49ers: 3-13: everyone is gone on defense. They will be very bad this year.
